Cancellation Policy and Refund Schedule :
Cancellation Policy for Private Morocco Tours Explained with refund terms, timing conditions, booking changes, and flexibility for customized plans Trip
- Cancellations of the tour are accepted according to the following conditions.
- We must receive written confirmation of any cancellation via email.
- Cancellations made 3 months (90 days) or more before the tour start date are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made between 1 and 3 months (30 to 89 days) before the tour start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 1 month (30 days) before the tour start date are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance:
The travel insurance is required in your travels to Morocco to be used at any case of Emergency, so you can buy it and bring a copy of the document, as the travel insurance must cover trip Cancellation and interup, for an accident can happen or any emergencies situations.
Changes and Flexibility:
Your satisfaction is our priority. We welcome modifications to your tour—whether adjusting the itinerary or upgrading your accommodations—to better suit your travel needs. To ensure we can implement these changes seamlessly, please notify us at least 2–3 weeks before your tour begins.
Terms of Price & Customization:
The prices listed on our site are guiding estimates. The final price for your private tour is customized based on key factors such as the number of people in your group and your preferred accommodation type (from charming 3-star riads to luxurious 5-star hotels).
Our goal is to craft your perfect itinerary at the best possible value, ensuring your Moroccan adventure suits both your dreams and your budget. After all, you deserve a vacation created just for you.
Booking Terms & Payment Policy
1. Deposit to Secure Your Booking
To confirm and reserve your private tour, we require a 30% deposit of the total tour price after your itinerary and dates are finalized. The remaining balance is payable upon your arrival in Morocco.
2. Payment Methods & Fees
We offer several secure payment options for your deposit. Any transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
- Bank Transfer: Fees vary depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Subject to a 6% service fee.
- Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard): Subject to a 3.5% service fee.
- Please Note: We do not accept American Express.
The final balance upon arrival in Morocco, can be settled in Cash (USD, EUR, GBP, or MAD) or via the methods listed above.
3. Children’s Pricing Policy
We are pleased to offer special rates for families:
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge.
- Children under 14 years old: 50% of the adult tour price.
- Children 15 years and older are charged the standard adult rate.
