Our sightseeing includes the impressive Mausoleum of Mohammed V, the historic Hassan Tower, and the charming Oudaya Kasbah overlooking the river. Each site reflects Morocco’s rich royal and architectural heritage. In the evening, we check in at Riad Kalaa /similar to unwind and enjoy a peaceful night before the journey continues.
Explore the imperial city of Meknes and the Roman ruins of Volubilis before arriving in Fez.
After breakfast, we drive to Meknes, once the capital of Sultan Moulay Ismail. We visited the grand Bab Mansour gate, the old granaries, and Sahrij Souani, once used for irrigation and storage. We continue to Volubilis, a UNESCO site known for its remarkably preserved Roman streets and stunning mosaics. The ruins offer a fascinating step back into North Africa’s Roman past. The journey then leads through rolling countryside and Rif mountain foothills toward Fez. Upon arrival, we check in at Riad Fes/similar, where you can relax and enjoy a restful evening.

Today we dive into the cultural heart of Fez. After breakfast, we visit the Royal Palace gates and explore the first Jewish quarter (Mellah) in Morocco. We continue to Al-Qaraouine University, the oldest functioning university in the world. A highlight is visiting the traditional tanneries, where leather is crafted using centuries-old methods. After lunch, we stop at a ceramic workshop to observe artisans at work. We then enjoy a panoramic view of the entire medina before heading to the modern part of the city for a refreshing drink. Return to the riad for a comfortable evening.
Travel from Fez through the Middle Atlas Mountains to reach the edge of the Sahara Desert.
After breakfast, we leave Fez and drive to Ifrane, known as “the Switzerland of Morocco.” We continue through the cedar forests of Azrou, home to the Barbary monkeys. As the scenery shifts toward the desert, we pass through Errachidia and cross the Tizi Ntalghamt pass with its dramatic views. We follow the lush Ziz Valley, dotted with palm groves and kasbahs, stopping for scenic moments. By late afternoon we reach Merzouga, where mint tea welcomes us to the desert. We check in at Riad Madu (or similar) for a relaxing evening before tomorrow’s desert adventures.

After breakfast, we visit the Gnaoua people to enjoy their traditional music and learn about their heritage. We continue to Merzouga’s seasonal lake, a peaceful spot home to diverse birdlife. Then we visit a nomadic family to discover Berber handicrafts and desert life. In the afternoon, we prepare for a camel trek into the golden dunes. Guided by a camel man, we ride toward the heart of the desert, stopping to watch a magical sunset. We spend the night in a luxury desert camp with comfortable tents and proper facilities. Enjoy dinner under a star-filled sky.

Wake early if you wish to witness a spectacular desert sunrise. After breakfast in Merzouga, we travel to Rissani and Tinghir, reaching the dramatic Todra Gorges, towering canyon walls perfect for a scenic walk. After lunch, we continue through the Dades Valley, famous for its kasbahs, rock formations, and winding roads. You’ll see the unique “monkey toes” rock formations and sweeping landscapes. We end the day at Hotel Xaluca Dades, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

After breakfast, we drove through the Dades Valley along the road of a thousand kasbahs. one of Morocco’s most scenic routes. We visit Berber nomads living in caves and learn about their traditional way of life. We continue to the fragrant Rose Valley, famous for rosewater and distilleries, stopping in Kalaat M’Gouna. In Skoura, we explore the beautiful Kasbah Amridil, a well-preserved example of southern Moroccan architecture. After lunch with valley views, we arrived in Ouarzazate, known for its film studios and dramatic landscapes. Overnight at Ksar Ighnda or similar .
Visit a UNESCO kasbah before crossing the High Atlas Mountains into lively Marrakech.
After breakfast, we visit Ait Ben Haddou, the largest and most famous kasbah in Morocco. Many films were shot here, and the site is recognized by UNESCO for its historical importance. We then cross the High Atlas Mountains through the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2260m), enjoying unforgettable views along the serpentine roads. By afternoon, we arrived in Marrakech and check in at Riad /Hotel. Enjoy a relaxing evening in one of Morocco’s most vibrant cities.
Full day tour covering Marrakech’s palaces, gardens, souks, and iconic Jemaa El Fna Square.
After breakfast, our guided tour begins with the Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace, and El Badi Palace each showcasing Marrakech’s royal past. We explore Ben Youssef Madrasa, once a major center of Islamic learning. After lunch near the square, we visit Majorelle Garden, Menara Gardens, and the Koutoubia Mosque. As evening approaches, we experience the energy of Jemaa El Fna filled with storytellers, musicians, snake charmers, and food stalls. Return to Ksar Anika /similar for a restful night.
